I ordered from Lee's Bicycle Shop and it got here quicker than I was expecting. I think it was about 3 days total, which was nice because I was assuming it might take a bit longer. The tracking info updated normally the whole time, so I wasn’t left wondering where the package was or anything like that. The only reason I’m taking off one star is because the box had a small dent in it when it arrived. It wasn’t totally crushed or anything dramatic, and the order itself seemed fine, but I still noticed it right away. Overall, good experience and the shipping was definitely fast.

I stopped in to take a bike for a quick test ride, and the ride itself was really smooth. The staff was helpful and answered my questions, though I did have to wait around for a bit. I also felt a little pressured to make a decision faster than I wanted, but overall it seemed like a good shop.

My snap judgment after checking out Lee’s: the prices are fair. Not the absolute cheapest on every single bike or part, but definitely reasonable overall. I compared a few things with other shops and they were either right in the same range or a bit lower. I also appreciated that there weren’t any random extra costs popping up at checkout. I’d buy from them again.
